An accomplished New Mexico real estate executive, Drita Bronkey has close to two decades of experience working in mobile home park management. A graduate of California State University, Long Beach, she has served in multiple key positions including vice president of sales at Sierra Corporate Management. Drita Bronkey is currently a property manager and consultant with Zemer Property Management Consultants.

Zemer Property Management Consultants (ZPMC) specializes in the operation of mobile home park communities, providing a full-service management package. At ZPMC, Drita Bronkey oversees operations in the New Mexico territory, which comprises multiple mobile home park communities. She’s involved in managing areas of the business that include leasing, timely rent collection, processing of title transfers, and capital improvement projects.

To augment her work, Drita Bronkey is a member of professional organizations including the New Mexico Manufactured Housing Association. When she’s not working, she enjoys yoga, cycling, reading, and spin cycling.
